We deliver commercial refurbishment, fit-out and construction projects across Scotland and the North of England. Our clients are commercial property owners, asset managers, developers and main contractors, and the buildings we work in are usually still in use.
That means we plan the project around the way the building runs, not the other way round. Trading floors stay open. Reception areas stay welcoming. Tenants stay informed. The work gets done in phases that fit the building’s operations, with a programme and a communication plan agreed before we mobilise.
We work across Scotland and the North of England, often as a specialist delivery partner to main contractors as well as direct to property owners and developers.

A single Project Manager, tender to handover
One accountable point of contact for the client throughout, coordinating the programme, trades and communication.
Cat A and Cat B fit-out
From the base shell-and-core finish a landlord provides through to the tenant-specific fit-out that follows, delivered as one coordinated package or as standalone phases.
Occupied building delivery
Trading floors, reception areas and tenant spaces stay operational. Work is planned and phased around the building’s actual use, not around what would be easiest for us.
Retail, hospitality and mixed-use experience
We understand the different pressures each of these settings brings, from public-facing finishes to operating hours that can’t be interrupted.
Specialist sub-contract delivery
We work as a specialist delivery partner to main contractors, with the same accountability and communication standards as on a direct client project.
Credentials you can check
360 Degree Construction holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, covering quality management, environmental management and occupational health and safety respectively. We are currently working towards Construction online Gold accreditation.
We hold the accreditations and insurances expected of a commercial contractor working in regulated, occupied environments, and we’re happy to share documentation on request.
