Scope of Works
The works include:
- Removal and relocation of existing post boxes
- Formation of new half-height reception/check-in counter
- Joinery and finishing works
- Preparation and redecoration of walls, skirtings and associated surfaces
- Installation of new oak-effect commercial flooring
- Installation of a 1.5m x 1.5m Forbo Coral Brush entrance matting system
- Making good following alterations
- Final finishing and handover
Design
The refurbishment uses a warm oak-effect floor alongside a contrasting dark green feature colour around the window elevation, with the remaining walls finished in a softer plaster-inspired tone.
The new reception counter provides a simple and practical student check-in point while maintaining an open and welcoming entrance area.
