Project Description

360 provides reactive and planned maintenance services across multiple Unite Students properties throughout Scotland and North East England.

The contract requires a responsive and flexible approach, with works ranging from smaller reactive repairs through to planned maintenance, flooring, decoration and multi-trade refurbishment projects.

Working within occupied student accommodation requires careful planning, clear communication and the ability to complete works efficiently while minimising disruption to residents and site teams.

Scope of Works

Our ongoing works include:

  • Reactive maintenance and repairs
  • Commercial flooring repairs and replacement
  • Planned flooring works
  • Joinery and general building repairs
  • Painting and decoration
  • Small refurbishment projects
  • Entrance and communal-area improvements
  • Multi-trade maintenance
  • Out-of-hours support where required
  • Coordination with local property and facilities teams

Multi-site Delivery

With teams operating across Scotland and North East England, 360 is able to support multiple properties while maintaining a consistent standard of service.

Our directly employed workforce, supported by our established supply chain, allows us to respond to a wide range of maintenance requirements through a single point of contact.

Working in Live Environments

Student accommodation presents its own challenges, particularly when carrying out works within occupied buildings.

Our teams plan works around residents and property operations, maintaining safe working areas and minimising disruption while ensuring works are completed to the required standard.

Building Long-term Partnerships

Our relationship with Unite Students demonstrates 360’s approach to facilities and maintenance support: responsive, reliable and solutions-focused.

By combining the specialist flooring capability of 360 Degree Flooring Ltd with the wider construction and multi-trade capability of 360 Degree Construction Ltd, we can provide clients with a comprehensive service for both day-to-day maintenance and larger planned projects.
