Project Description

360 Degree Construction was appointed to carry out the conversion and refurbishment of an existing area at Leys Park to create a new bedroom and en-suite facility.

The project involves a coordinated package of building, mechanical and finishing works, with particular consideration given to delivering the refurbishment safely and efficiently within an operational care environment.

Scope of Works

The works include:

  • Strip-out and preparation of the existing space
  • Alterations to the existing room layout
  • Formation and refurbishment of the new bedroom and en-suite
  • Window alterations and upgrades
  • Improvements to natural and mechanical ventilation
  • Joinery and associated building works
  • Plumbing and sanitary installations
  • Electrical alterations
  • Wall and ceiling finishes
  • Flooring
  • Decoration and final finishing
  • Testing, snagging and handover

Working Within an Operational Care Environment

Care-sector refurbishment requires careful planning to minimise disruption to residents, staff and the day-to-day operation of the facility.

360 coordinates the different trades and stages of the project to maintain safe working areas, manage access and ensure the works progress efficiently while maintaining a high standard of finish.

Complete Multi-trade Delivery

The Leys Park project demonstrates the ability of 360 Degree Construction to undertake smaller, technically involved refurbishment projects alongside our larger construction projects.

By managing the building works, mechanical and electrical requirements and final finishes as a coordinated package, we provide clients with a single point of responsibility throughout the project.
