18 Apartments Taking Shape in Inverness

Work is progressing well at Cradlehall in Inverness, where we’re delivering the full refurbishment and conversion of a former building into 18 residential apartments.

On the first six apartments, we’ve completed the internal strip-out, constructed 80% of the new fire-rated party wall compartments, and commenced installation of the new sprinkler system.

Coming up over the next few weeks: new windows and external doors, installation of the new 75mm raised insulated flooring system on resilient battens, and first fix mechanical and electrical works.

The project is running safely and on programme. Thanks to the site team, supply chain and project partners for their work so far.
