Integrated Group Services

Two businesses, one approach

The 360 Group brings together two connected businesses: 360 Degree Construction and 360 Degree Flooring. The flooring business came first, taking on commercial flooring and interiors work across care, student accommodation, commercial and residential sectors. As that work grew in scale and complexity, it became clear a dedicated construction business was the natural next step. 360 Degree Construction was built to meet that demand.

Today both businesses operate independently with their own client bases, but together they cover the full picture of a commercial refurbishment or fit-out project, from structural construction work through to the specialist flooring and interior finishes that bring a space together.

For clients, that means we can take on a project as a single contractor with everything in-house, or work with your existing supply chain on the parts you need us for. There’s no pressure to take the full package, we’ll only suggest a group service if it genuinely makes sense for your project.

Specialist support, when it’s the right fit

360 Degree Flooring has been operating since 2017, providing commercial flooring and interiors across a wide range of sectors including care, student accommodation, commercial and residential. The team handles everything from supply and installation through to joinery, decoration, fixtures and fittings, and aftercare, delivering the finish that residents, staff and tenants actually see and use every day. They work to the same standards of planning and on-site conduct as the construction business.
