An established contractor with a clear focus

360 Degree Construction was set up to do one thing well: deliver commercial refurbishment, fit-out and conversion projects to a high standard, in environments where most contractors find it hard to operate.

We’re the construction arm of a wider group that also includes flooring and interiors businesses, all founded by the same team and based in Dumfries. The group has been working with commercial clients since 2017, and 360 Degree Construction was launched to take on the larger, more complex construction projects that grew out of that work.

Today, we deliver projects across Scotland and the North of England, from full building conversions to phased refurbishment programmes inside live care homes and student accommodation. Our clients are organisations and operators, not individual homeowners, and the work is shaped accordingly: planned in detail, phased carefully, and managed by people who do this every day.

Part of a wider group

360 Degree Construction sits alongside its sister business, 360 Degree Flooring, based in Dumfries. 360 Degree Flooring handles both commercial flooring and interiors work, meaning the group can draw on that specialist expertise where a project benefits from it, while keeping the construction work focused and accountable.

Credentials you can check

360 Degree Construction holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, covering quality management, environmental management and occupational health and safety respectively. We are currently working towards Construction online Gold accreditation.

We hold the accreditations and insurances expected of a commercial contractor working in regulated, occupied environments, and we’re happy to share documentation on request.
